Practicing since 2003, Lauren handles complex commercial litigation and family law matters. Prior to starting her own boutique law firm, Lauren practiced in Orlando at two large firms gaining extensive litigation experience in various areas while refining her skills to best assist clients in their time of need. Lauren's focus at the Heatwole Law Firm is to provide cost effective and efficient paths for positive resolutions. To provide clients comprehensive representation, Lauren often utilizes experts, including, for example: forensic accountants, business evaluators, psychologists, social investigators, CPAs, and financial planners.
Practicing since 2008, Jennifer has over 12 years of experience in commercial litigation with a focus in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and business litigation. She has represented secured and unsecured creditors as well as debtors in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings under chapters 7, 13, and 11, foreclosure proceedings, commercial landlord-tenant matters, fraudulent transfer litigation, and post-judgment collection and enforcement. Jennifer's career also includes assisting businesses in enforcing their legal rights. Jennifer's litigation practice involves representing clients in a broad range of matters, including those involving real estate, mortgage foreclosure, commercial evictions, and business and partner disputes, and her clients have ranged from small business entrepreneurs and start-ups to large, national financial institutions and shopping center landlords. From forming a business, to asset protection strategies, to business disputes and litigation, Jennifer helps her clients plan for success - but is also there to help them through the worst.
